COMPETITION RULES

  1. The promoter is Nice Pak International Ltd, Aber Park, Aber Road, Flint, Clwyd CH6 5EX (the Promoter).
  2. Only one entry per competition will be accepted per person.
  3. Individuals can enter by providing the feedback required and submitting their contact details on the feedback page of the Promoter's website www.halowipes.co.uk
  4. The competition is open to UK residents only who are at least 18 years old.
  5. Overseas players are not eligible.
  6. Individuals qualifying for entry and who submit an entry as described in paragraph 2 above will be entered into the competition.
  7. Closing date for receipt of entries is the 14th of March 2008.
  8. Entry to the competition and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name for promotional purposes without additional consultation..
  9. This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter, its competition partners or their direct family members.
  10. The prize-winner will be selected at random.
  11. The prize is 12 months membership at an LA Fitness gym, up to a maximum value of £500
  12. The winner will be notified by post within 7 days of the selection date. Please note that a signature may be required to receive the prize. .
  13. Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
  14. Entries must be made personally and entries made by third parties or agents shall be invalid. Incomplete or unclear entries will also be invalid. The Promoter shall not be responsible for delayed entries or entries that are not received for whatever reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  15. In the unlikely event that the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 21 days of the winner being chosen, after all reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter, then the prize will no longer be available to the winner without any liability to the Promoter.
  16. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
  18. The name and county of the winner can be obtained by emailing halo@nice-pak.co.uk.
  19. The Promoter shall be permitted to exclude any entrant at any time at its sole discretion.

  1. Nice Pak International Ltd is a company based at Aber Park, Flint, CH6 5EX. This statement describes our policy and practices with regard to processing of personal information on our website, www.halowipes.co.uk. Our principal activity is the manufacturing of wet wipes. Our privacy policy covers us and the site.
  2. You can access the site without disclosing personal information and personal information means information that relates to a living individual who can be identified from that information or from that information and other information that is held by or is likely to be held by us.
